Three-Wheel Roll Bending
This technique uses three round bend dies to form the tube. This style of bending is typically used for developing large radius bends and coiling. The bend is created when the top center bend die is hydraulically lowered into the tube as the two lower left and right bend dies rotate in unison in one direction and then reverse direction when required. CNC versions of this machine allow an operator to alter the pressures during the bending cycle and thus create an elliptical shape or a bend with multiple bend radius. |
Double Headed Draw Bending
A very highly efficient, high production, multi-tube bending operation. This bending style allow you to take multiple tubes and bend two bends at the same time. For high production, simple bent parts, this machine is the ideal choice. Great repeatability for many high volume industries such as athletic, lawn care, and automotive. |
Interpolation Bending
A new, exciting form of bending allows us to design parts that have both tight radius bends and sweeping larger radius bends, or elliptical bends, all within the same part. CNC driven, this machine can produce the most intricate parts quickly and efficiently. This machine is ideal for creating furniture, athletic, and lawn care tubular components. |
